Where do the second and third Wind Gems come from?
After obtaining Endu, return uphill from the first monument and use the initial dash to reach the higher route and second monument. Climb the rocks between the nearby pillars before dashing to the raised gem platform: starting from too low a position leaves the pickup out of reach. Two dash charges then permit the broken western bridge crossing. Inside Obmuer Temple, progress to the second monument by the large pit. Enter the opening below the pit with Wind Dash, follow the passage toward the upper skeleton ambush area and collect the third gem. Return with three charges to cross the interior gap. These movement gates are not solved by increasing sword damage.

How does Soul Bound Endu differ from more dash charges?
The release guide records weapon experience from successful combat hits and evolution at weapon level 10 into Soul Bound Endu. Its described base Power rises from 10 to 13, the displayed weapon level returns to 1 and sufficiently forceful swings produce a holy energy arc. Those observations concern the launch build, not a universal formula for every weapon. Endu has five Wind Gem sockets in total, with one occupied when found. Its movement ability remains available with a different melee weapon equipped, so you can level the sword in favorable Slash encounters without forcing it against every resistant target.
What does the Storm Gem add?
Recover it from the upper Tower of Knowledge after the numbered Gargoyle route. It occupies Endu’s separate Storm Gem socket and unlocks Raging Tempest, an offensive charge-based ability with its own meter. It does not add another Wind Dash. Leveling Endu, installing Wind Gems and collecting Storm Gem therefore solve different problems: damage growth, reach and a new attack respectively. The source also distinguishes forging True Holy Sword Akunra as a later separate objective; simply reaching weapon level 10 does not prove that forging requirement has been completed.
